Monster Cookies

2 c. sugar
1 lb. brown sugar
1/2 lb. butter, softened
6 eggs, beat well
1/2 T. vanilla
1/2 T. corn syrup
1/2 t. baking soda
1 1/2 lb. peanut butter
9 c. oatmeal
1 lb. chocolate chips
1 lb. plain M & M's

I use a spoon to make small cookies, if you want the traditional monster cookie size use a 1/4 measuring cup.
Bake at 375.  Makes a lot (two ice cream buckets, plus).  Store them in the freezer, they will stay fresh that way and can be eaten directly out of the freezer (this is both good and bad) because they don't have any flour in them.
